UPDATE
From Chuck Decker @ The ring ceremony:
JV is getting ready for his medflight back to Montreal. JV broke his pelvis in several spots, broke his leg in several spots, and also has some spinal injuries. He is FINE. He is in GREAT spirits as he told his crew in a assumed joking matter, "Get the trailer together we gotta race next weekend!" 7-9 Months of rehabilitation.
It was also a Tear-Full ending to an illustrious career for MR. Ted Otto. He said it WAS NOT a Good Bye. He may reappear at select events and is thinking of starting work on a book...Awesome.

Howie was sore for a few days after the crash, but is overall ok.The Vintage sled however is about 2 feet shorter than before it went in. The sled looks like the might as well not have been any hay bails at all. It won't be back out this year at all.

It's very saddening to hear of Jacques' injury. He's a crowd favorite and always puts on an exciting show. The CPTC board hopes for a speedy and healthy recovery. He'll be missed by many in March.
