Maybe this would be a great oppertunity to have some good, well minded Individual represent the sport we all love. I think its time to get some new blood that want to better the sport instead of give it a bad name just because they wanted to have a "GOOD TIME".

Does your definition of a well minded individual include someone who has the integrity to speak openly unlike yourself? Do you also value someone who purposely undermines the IWA and a majority of its participants because of ego? Something much more dangerous than getting a little over zealous one evening.
I think it is pretty clear your strings are being pulled by others. Truly sad.

I just think that other members of the IWA should step up and run! You know i'm not the only one that is thinking all of this! I think that the other people arent ready to speak about it! I think before long thier will be other people who share the same views to come forward. And to be fair i'm not tring to undermind the sport, i'm tring to make it clear that other people can make a difference in the sport by running for the board!!

If you are so good at representing then why are you hinding behind an alias. The IWA is reprsented by all the drivers, pit crews and thier families and they don't hide like you do. There are some board positions up for election this year but I don't see you gettin involved, aint no hiding if you are on the board. You are one of those people trying to give the IWA a bad name and I'm guessing you probably don't race or you lost at Frederic.

You do realize that changes are made as a group decision and if you are so concerned post your name for all to see or you have no credibility.

I would encourage anyone who truly wants to help the IWA to run for a board position or one of the open officer positions. I can tell you this much for sure, my position as President is up for election and I intend 100% to run for re-election of my position. My wife and I have worked very hard and put in countless hours to help the IWA succeed. In the past 2 years, the IWA has been able to purchase equipment to make the organization 100% self sufficient and that is a result of those efforts.
If there is anyone out there who wants to help, please run for a position. Stand up and be counted

I thought it was grossly inappropriate behavior and I privately chastised the individuals involved. If you think this is the first time something got out of hand during a race weekend, then you obviously haven't been around as much as you want others to believe.
It was an error in judgement that the specific individuals had to deal with. I talked personally with the Motel owner and apologized on behalf of the IWA.
Beyond that, nothing more needs to be said about this matter. HotRod, give me a call and we can talk about it

I'll be up for several hours working on IWA business yet tonight so feel free to give me a call

It is obvious you know more than anyone else because I have not heard the whole story why don't you enlighten me. But first post your name so you have credibility.

Mike i think that the sacrafices that you and your family do are great!! Dont get me wrong, im not tring to bad mouth the IWA at all! I just think that somethings that take place with the board members is something that shouldnt happen. I think by bringing this to peoples attention it will open the eyes of other members to run for the open spots on the board and try to make the IWA a better series as a whole!! I think it would be great to have more races more spectators and more prize money. But i think these things need to be a addressed and taken care of befor the sport can get better.
