The 2008 - 2009 race season has now begun. The track crew started to prepare the CPTC track today and flooding will officially begin tomorrow. With temps at night being in the minus teens it wouldn't take long to have a good base built up. So sweep the cobwebs off and fill the fluids it's RAC'N TIME!!!!!!

Just an update. There is between 5 & 7 inches of ice on the track as of this morning. The flooding crew is working 24 hrs.a day getting as much ice down as possible. Looks like if the weather holds there should be no problem in having practice on Friday.
